I thought Bobby was doing a fine job at first when he took off the cover and started cleaning the pool. But then he would not answer phone calls or emails when he didn't show up. (That happened twice.) He was always apologetic, and I felt sorry for him because he said people weren't paying him. My mistake was going ahead and paying him before he even finished vacuuming the bottom of the pool. Now he won't answer my calls at all. He stopped working after he gave me a bid for a heat pump, and I said we would be putting that out for bids. I have to find a new pool cleaner and maintenance company, and will still have a dirty pool for the Mother's Day party my daughters are giving me Sunday. The fact that he won't even answer my calls is just unforgivable. (I will NEVER give in to sympathy and pay for a job before it is totally finished. Should have known that anyway!)

HE IS UNRELIABLE AND WILL LIE TO COVER UP THE PREVIOUS 3 LIES. PLEASE UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DO BUSINESS WITH HIM. I CAN PROMISE YOU WILL REGRET IT.
