- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very flexible with our pricing. Everything boils down to an hourly costs, but we've been in the online marketing game for a long time and can work very efficiently. A lot of the things a client would normally have to pay for, like software, subscriptions, graphics, etc. are not required as we have everything needed (including, an in-house programmer).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically start with a discovery meeting to talk strategy and work through all of the options, we then create an implementation plan with a schedule. Everything is well planned, documented, and communicated. We are also very transparent with our process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 10 years of experience with hundreds of websites built, and thousands of campaigns launched. We have been certified in Google Analytics, Google Adwords, and a few independent SEO tests. We also keep up with industry trends, conferences and multiple continuing education opportunities throughout the year.
