Introduction: As a public speaker/motivator, I provide interactive training seminars for teachers on classroom management, discipline and student engagement, seminars for parents to help them aid their children in the matriculation from 1st to 12 th grade. I also speak to various audiences churches, students, professionals, etc. I enjoy revealing strategies to educators. I have been where they are, and it is a joy to show them how they can be successful with their students! I also enjoy revealing and/or confirming the thoughts of the audience members. Inspiring individuals brings a euphoric feeling like nothing else. It makes the research for each talk well worth it.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is: I receive a call or email requesting my services. Then I send a fee for the service and any travel and accommodation needs. We secure the date and most times sign a contract.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Ed.S in Educational Leadership and I have been trained as an Educational Consultant by the Center for Teacher Effectiveness
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started years ago emceeing concerts and programs. I was also asked to speak for church functions. My conversational style and knack for story telling made me a sought after speaker
