I've switch from our original accountant for the reason that she would never explain anything about state tax city tax corporation tax and the person was always busy and had her helpers handle our case. With LVJ I've never had this problem of not being able to reach them when necessary or not being able to solve an issue. Over a year has passed and Everything has been smooth. Highly recommended!

Before hiring Lee I was going to H&R Block and hadn't received a refund in three or four years but the bigger problem was I didn't understand why. Lee researched everything and resolved the issue that someone was claiming my dependent and I ended up getting 3 years of refunds at one time!!! Lee truly took all of my worries and concerns away. In addition she was affordable, I highly recommend her to everyone.

All services are based on complexity and time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I inquire about what they think there needs are (file a return, research a notice etc), have them fill out an information worksheet as well as request all necessary documents and begin the work. Right before finalizing anything, i will ask any questions that I may have and discuss the results with the taxpayer and answer any questions the client may have for me.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's in accounting and over a decade in experience.
