I recently attended a going away party for a family member, and wanted a photographic record of the event. Like most families, mine is a mix of various personalities, some of whom are not fans of having their picture taken, and I was worried that they would not cooperate if I tried to organize a group photo. We needed someone who was patient and could quickly get the family together for the few formal shots we really wanted, as well as document everyone relaxing and having a good time. I've used Denise Simon Studios in the past for headshots (she was fantastic!), and knew she had the experience and expertise to deliver what I was looking for. Prior to the photo session, she took the time to explain how she operates, and what we should do to prepare (clothing, makeup, etc.). On the day of the party, she showed up on time ready to work. She blended in with the rest of the family, talking, laughing and getting to know everyone. When it was time for the group photos, she was able to get us all together, relaxed and posed in a short period of time, which is exactly what we wanted. I saw the photos not too long after the shoot, and they were outstanding and just what I was hoping for! I will absolutely be using her services again in the future; give her a call, you won't be disappointed.

Denise is such a professional and experienced photographer. Her expertise showed from her suggestions to different locations for our shoots to the finished product; our beautiful pictures that she took of me and my family. I would recommend her without hesitation for any of your photography needs.
