Introduction: My company, Finishing Touches of Boston helps people, at various stages of their lives, organize their homes. This is something I have been doing for the last 26 years. Projects can range from re-working a closet, to a home office, a filing system, to re-inventing the use of a room to just about any space in your home. The ultimate decisions and creations are determined by where you are in your life and what you'd like to see change. Every project is individualized based on your needs. What I bring to the table is the methodology by which I work; one that has made profound differences in my client's lives. I very much enjoy creating order out of chaos. Taking projects from start to finish, turning spaces completely around in organized and creative ways is extraordinarily gratifying. My work makes people happy.

Last year, my parents moved from a house they'd lived in for 44 years. When my mother told me she had hired a "moving consultant", I was shocked -- why in the world would we need to pay someone!?! Within minutes of Susan arriving and getting to work, I got it. She arrived with an organized process for packing what we'd keep, and unloading the rest. The job went 10 times faster under her direction, and she helped us keep moving forward steadily. In the end, the overall cost was very reasonable, and well worth it -- even for a do-it-ourselves kind of family like us. Additionally, in the process, we ended up having to spend a lot of time with Susan. By the end of our move, we wanted to adopt her into our family -- what a lovely person.
