I contacted Always Affordable Property Solutions to help me prep my home for sale in 2015. The scope of the work was to re-tile the bathroom shower and floor, fix a backyard fence and gate, repair some old outside wooden stairs, and various painting projects. I was on a budget and needed to get my house on the market sooner than later. All the work was completed on time and under budget, the quality was fantastic! They were even able to fabricate a new gate for the back yard instead of having to purchase a ready made one at a considerable cost savings. I would not hesitate to recommend AAPS for any project large or small. Their work is exceptional and the personnel are knowledgeable and friendly.

Laurie is excellent. I just moved here into a smaller apartment needing everything. She is efficient, and very thorough. She works quickly and she was able to do every single project, shelving, furniture repair, small rearrangement of furniture, etc. Her skills are endless. I am so happy I found her. I was literally going to go to Home Depot and beg some kid to help me with these projects. A plus, you'll be impressed. Plus she's nice and very polite. Hard worker too. I'm hiring her for some antique furniture assembly/repair that I was worried about. She'll be great.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The work we do is varied and therefore, the pricing depends on the nature of the project. We do offer discounts for multiple projects and of course we have a discount for veterans. We can negotiate prices if you give a phone call and discuss the complexity and the nature of the project!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a licensed professional engineer, I have worked out many solutions for problem in large and small construction projects. My project management experience has been very beneficial in helping homeowners prepare their properties to be put on the market for sale.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Being a homeowner, I have done this work for myself and several friends and family over the past ten years.
