- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a conversation to get the full picture. Thumbtack is pretty good, but they don't ask all the questions I would ask, there are usually a few details I need to know before we can proceed. When we agree on what needs doing and the price, payment is due when the work is complete, unless there are materials to purchase for which I require prepayment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to my Masters Degree in Agriculture, I've been landscaping most of my life in many of these United States.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Playing in the muddy grass with the hose while my dad planted tomatoes in the 70s. I watched them grow red ornaments I could eat and other was hooked!
