What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to first do a free assessment to see if we would be good working together. From there, I like to do weekly calls and check-ins to see if we are meeting our goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 3 degrees, B.A. (Northwestern), M.Architecture (UPenn) and an M.S.E. (UPenn). I'm trained in systems thinking, so I'm good with mind mapping, concepting and researching innovative ways of tackling complex and difficult problems.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have had many people come to me for advice as I have built my companies and investments over the years, so I wanted to share what I've learned to save people time and money.
