FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A typical lesson of one hour is 50$ if the students comes to my studio, more if I have to commute. I often spend more than an hour, since I like the student to get enough content to work on between lessons, but I don't charge for the extra time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first lesson always starts with a "check up" on how much (or little!) you know about drumming. We generally plan 30 extra minutes (free) to make you play the things you know and tell me what music you like, what you'd like to be able to do etc... Then we move on to the real deal: Lesson 1!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been playing drums for the last 23 years, touring and recording in Europe for the last 10 years, and teaching drums for the last 7 years. I graduated from two schools, one for modern music (rock, metal, reggae etc..) and a Bachelor degree in jazz.
