- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In order to understand how I can bring value I like to understand the following from a customer: 1. What does success look like for you? 2. What are the core performance indicators that you will want to be able to track to ensure we are making progress? 3. What is your timeline, budget, constraints, concerns? 4. What resources, data, insights do we have available or will we need to obtain to be successful? I then am able to develop a recommendation/ proposal/Statement of work along with work-back schedule of what can be delivered along with timelines.
