Kim was great to work with, and very responsive. After initially preparing my return online, I realized I was missing forms the program didn't prompt me to fill out. Lesson learned - use an accountant! After finding Kim and meeting with her, my returns were completed very fast, she answered my questions and explained tax changes. She really made the process easy and would recommend her service and will use again!
