- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can vary greatly o=depending on the extent and nature of the work. That is why I offer free in-home estimates. I will meet with you, walk the space and go over your vision and timeline for your project. There are different options for material purchasing and I want to walk you through each option to ensure the best price and comfort level. I consider your unique project and needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with new customers and walk through the project space to get all the information and vision of the customer. Communication is key and understanding the scope of the project helps me give the most accurate estimates, it also helps homeowners understand the process and details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was lucky to have been through an apprenticeship with a master carpenter and contractor for many years before breaking off and starting my own business. Years of experience and very high standards of excellence learned from the best craftsmen have driven me to set high standards for my business and my customers.
