- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first hour is complementary to decide whether we want to work together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A cup of coffee or tea. A question and answer period to outline what the client's concerns are . A chance to hear what I might bring in ideas to work on the issues. An agreement to meet again. In all, the structure is driven by my client's needs. I am as adaptable as is called for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have thirty years experience in the finance industry as a Manager and Leader in various organizations handling everything from emptying trash cans to building sales, management and leadership teams and ending as a bank President. Along the way I managed HR departments and associate motivation and professional growth opportunities. At the same time I taught classes in Economics, Psychology, Marketing and Business at local colleges and coached, mentored and tutored students aw well.
