We had floors put down by a company here in Indy and floor started popping up after about 6 mo. They agreed to fix it but hired a private contractor which happened to be Jeff Sission. WOW, what a difference in the workmanship and the floors. They look great. Since the quarter round molding had to be replaced and he wouldn't stop until the color matched the baseboard perfectly. I had made my own color years ago and Jeff took a piece home and he and his wife worked until they matched it. I watched him work everyday and he answered any questions I had and even taught me a few things. I am very happy with his work and we are going to have him back to do any other work we need done. We do a lot of work ourselves so I am very picky and if I even questioned anything he made sure I was happy. The job took a couple days longer but that's because he used my recipe for quarter round and it didn't match to his liking so he pulled it all and that's when he and his wife sat and mixed colors until they had it. We are very pleased with the look of our floors and I highly recommend him.

I have written many reviews in my time and I take them very seriously because I know how they can affect the merchant or contractor. This one is very easy to write because of the outstanding work that has gone into every step of this project. From Jeffs flooring ideas to the actual install, everything was perfect. Jeff and his crew are professional, meticulous and will not accept 2nd best when putting flooring down. If something doesn't look or seem right to them, they will redo it. I honestly went into this thinking I was going to be just getting a new floor, but it turned out to be so much more than that. They gave us a new home. We are so excited with the work that they have done for us and our family that we have already planned another project out with him. If you need a new floor, in my opinion, there is absolutely no need to call anyone else. Especially if you want the quality craftsmanship of Jeffs 25+ years of experience brings to the table. There is no way that you can't go wrong here. Thanks Jeff & Crew!

I do not typically write reviews but I have to give credit when it is deserved. I reached out to Jeff to have him give me an estimate on my insanely uneven subfloor. He, along with his crew came out on a Saturday morning to look at and and gave me a very reasonable price. We agreed and they started work THAT DAY! Jeff promised me in the beginning that the price would not change regardless of the process. The process involved a large amount of bags of self leveler (twice as many as anticipated) and multiple days at my house (a couple extra days than anticipated). His cost kept climbing but he never raised the price. He was just so determined to level out my floor no matter what it took. My floor is completely level now! They know what they are doing and they do it very well! His crew is the absolute best! They are very polite, hard working, and determined like Jeff. It is hard to find honest and determined contractors nowadays. Definitely call them before anyone else. You will not be disappointed! Jeff and his crew do more then just flooring. They do it all!

Jeff and crew did and amazing job on our laundry room and hallway laminate floor install. They took the time to make sure everything was done correctly (leveling) from the start and even saved us money by maximizing material usage; allowing us to return unopened supplies. I'd use them again for future flooring projects.
