FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing for the quality and attention you will receive from us is and will always be unparalleled. We do not have the overhead or the ego the bigger companies possess, therefore keeping our pricing honest and fare. We love, support and respect all our Military and Veterans giving them 10% discount off entire bill including materials. Senior Citizens have our heart and their best interests in mind. They not only get 10% off as we well, we understand that most are on a fixed income but the fact remains they deserve a higher quality of life. Repeat customers and confirmed referrals (our biggest advertising plan) are rewarded as well. We are not doing this to become billionaires. We do this out of love for what we love to do to support who we love.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This is one of the best parts of this profession. I love meeting new people and being invited into their home to help make it feel more homey for them. Everyone is different and unique. Most are hesitant and non-trusting JUST AS THEY SHOULD BE! I'm a very laid back and easy going person. I'm also very confident in my knowledge and skill level so nothing surprises me and can answer their questions. I also offer sugestions or reflections from the other similar projects. By the end of our initial consultation they will feel more relaxed and know that they are in charge. I work for you, the customer.
