Introduction: We provide Home Staging services for clients who are preparing to put their home up for sale. Home Staging is a vital marketing component for home owners prior to listing their home with a realtor. It allows your home to be shown in its absolute best light. Statistics show staged homes can increase the sale price of your home by at least 10% and a staged home is on the market for much less time than an unstaged home. We also provide Staging Reports...this is a comprehensive report provided by the trained eye of Recreating Spaces. It includes many and all issues/items we feel should be addressed by the home owner prior to putting their homes up for sale, we can implement changes or clients can do the work themselves. We also offer redesign services. One room or multiple. Many people may know what they want but have a very difficult time pulling it all together. We are here to help and offer additional suggestions. We currently have redesigned rooms at a local inn as well as in private homes. So far, our work has been received with great enthusiasm!
