What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We question the homeowner regarding the issue they are having. Suggest possible temporary solutions until we can arrive on the site. Once on the site we diagnosis the issue and then quote the homeowner a price to correct the issue if at all possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Class A Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Contractors License with the state of Texas which allows for the service, sales, repair and installation of Residential and Commercial refrigeration, heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment in Texas. I hold a Electrical Contractors License and Master Electrician License with the state of Texas which allows for the service, sales, repair and installation of Residential and Commercial electrical work in Texas.
