- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service fee is based on an hourly rate - we offer travel as part of our package - traveling to your event and setting up our display/work area. We offer a discount for large events with longer booking times. Our client meeting helps us establish your wish list on your guest experience. Topics we can cover in our meeting include: Theme - if your event has a specific theme - our facepaint/other design display can reflect your wishes. Such as a fairy and princess party or superheroes like Spiderman, Captain America, etc. Or monsters - like classic zombies to excite and entertain your Halloween party guest. Design Complexity offering ; to insure your party is a success! - *We can entertain more of your guest with a simplier design list of facepaint/other designs. OR - offering a more complex design offering for a smaller venue with fewer guest. Each guest gets more attention from our staff of Artist and has a unique facepaint solely for them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to make your event a success - we prefer to meet prior to the event to make sure we understand fully the desire of the Host/Hostess on their guest experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our TEAM has worked professionally as artist since 2010 - doing fairs, festivals, parties of every imaginable type. Our staff stays upto date with the latest products and trends. Attending several National Conventions to meet with other professionals and attend seminars. Most recently we attended the Transworld Haunt Convention in St Louis MO - the worlds largest haunted attraction tradeshow.
