- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since I specialize in hail related damage and working home or business owners and their insurance companies, we have set pricing. We never ask for money up front, and we do the work for the insurance proceeds (i.e., what the insurance company says it's going to cost). The only out of pocket expense for the home or business owner is your deductible. Again, guaranteed in writing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I specialize in hail damaged homes and commercial properties. I understand how the insurance process and paperwork works, including handling all documentation. Because the insurance process has several steps, It's my objective to be involved throughout the entire process and make the replacement of your new roof as smooth as it can possibly be. I never ask for money up front and for all insurance related roof replacements, your out of pocket expenses are limited to your deductible, guaranteed in writing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In most cases, identifying hail damage requires and experienced eye. Understanding how the insurance process works, working with insurance and when necessary, mortgage companies helps expedite the process and we are well experienced with all insurance companies.
