Introduction: We specialize in Hail Damaged Roofs and Homeowners Insurance claims. Many Central AR homes and businesses have hail damage and don't even know it. But water damage will result. Insurance companies want to replace damaged roofs because they protect everything else in your home--which they also cover. We are licensed and experienced. My inspection is free. We never ask for money up front. Your out of pocket expense is limited to your deductible. Guaranteed in writing. References are available. Please note that if your roof needs replacing and it's not covered by an insurance claim, it is necessary to inspect and measure your roof in order to have an understanding of what's needed and provide you with a proper estimate. I love serving my homeowners! A roof is such an important part of our homes, providing both protection and beauty. I especially enjoy making what seems like such a difficult, intimidating process and project hassle free! Recently a homeowner knew she needed a new roof. Her roof was old and in very bad condition. But she was fretting about how she would play for it and how much of her savings it would cost. I was able to inspect her roof, recommend she file a claim with her homeowners insurance company...and in her case, the company purchased a new roof for her. All she had to cover was her deductible. She was greatly relieved. Our roofs are so important to our homes. It's great to help people in this way!

We were selling our house and the inspection found hail damage on the roof. We had moved out of state. Once we initiated the claim, Storm Pro handled everything but putting our signatures on paperwork. They met with and worked with the insurance adjuster. We were most pleased with their insurance experience. Within 2 weeks of knowing we had to replace the roof, the work was completed. We were most pleased with StormPro's ability to get the work done on our schedule so we closed the sale on time. My neighbor next door to the house looked over the job and said it looked like a really nice job. StormPro had calked and fixed some problems on the side ofor the house below the roof without being asked and without charge. StormPro does good work. And the work cost us exactly what they said it would cost. I would use StormPro again in a heartbeat. Recommended.

Pat Howell of Storm Pros was instrumental in assessing our roofing needs, and in helping us qualify our home's roof for replacement. Pat was able to do what other roofing company reps could not...he found enough hail damage evidence to justify us having our home owners insurance representative come over and assess the damage herself. The day our insurance rep came over to inspect, Pat was here also. He made her job easy in the approval process by helping to point out the roof areas that had been damaged by the hail. Pat could have stopped at that point and I still would've given him and Storm Pros our business. Instead, he went the extra mile in helping us to complete and submit all the associated insurance paperwork, and followed up on its progress in a timely, efficient, and professional matter. Once the approval process was completed and a check issued, Pat then coordinated everything with our mortgage company, the primary lienholder, and work on our roof began the very next day! Everything was done to our extreme satisfaction, and far surpassed our expectations. The product craftsmanship and company professionalism were the best we've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Since I specialize in hail related damage and working home or business owners and their insurance companies, we have set pricing. We never ask for money up front, and we do the work for the insurance proceeds (i.e., what the insurance company says it's going to cost). The only out of pocket expense for the home or business owner is your deductible. Again, guaranteed in writing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I specialize in hail damaged homes and commercial properties. I understand how the insurance process and paperwork works, including handling all documentation. Because the insurance process has several steps, It's my objective to be involved throughout the entire process and make the replacement of your new roof as smooth as it can possibly be. I never ask for money up front and for all insurance related roof replacements, your out of pocket expenses are limited to your deductible, guaranteed in writing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In most cases, identifying hail damage requires and experienced eye. Understanding how the insurance process works, working with insurance and when necessary, mortgage companies helps expedite the process and we are well experienced with all insurance companies.
