Introduction: I'm proud of providing my students support and inspiration based on their needs and thoughts. I'm helping students with standard tests preparation, such as SAT, GRE and GMAT. I'm also providing ESL courses for international students, focusing on academic writing, reading comprehension and formal speech. As a Mandarin speaker, I also teach Mandarin at all levels. I am excited to share with people my Chinese heritage, the culture and the language. Also, I enjoy supporting my students' academic study and helping them to be successful.

I would talk to them about their study goals, their personal attitude towards certain area of study and their study preference, so that I can have a more fitted plan for them to learn.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from University of Pennsylvania, majoring in education. After my graduation, I've been working as a teacher, and tutor.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started to be a tutor in college. I found that my friends liked to study with me during finals and they thought I can always explain the problems to them concisely and clearly. Then I realized I am good at personalized teaching and started to teach individuals as a tutor.
