Our goal is to Keep Austin Weird AND Beautiful by providing trustworthy and professional services and reducing as much waste as possible by focusing on recycling, donating, and repurposing as much of the items we remove as possible. I put up a listing on Thumbtack to have some construction debris from a closet demo we recently did. We'd had this stack and box of stuff for about a week. Within a few hours I received about 6 quotes and AWJR's stuck out because it was priced competitively, provided details as to when they were available to perform the job, and provided details on how the job could best be done that conveniences both us. This attention to detail and professionalism already won me over. They were responsive and communicative and we were able to lock in the details quickly. Then came the job. I simply moved the items to the curb, they came and hauled it off, and then I got a bill in my email. Quick and painless. They didn't need me around for anything, it was as simple as could be.

Prices are available on our website. Our prices are based on volume. Estimates we provide to our Thumbtack customers are based on the description provided and an in-person free estimate is always encouraged for accuracy.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers can view our services and prices on our website, and even easily schedule a Free Estimate or Junk Removal Service straight from the website. Phone calls are also a good way to get ahold of us. Either way, we will accommodate our customers schedule and needs. We'll show up, load all the unwanted items into our trailer and leave everything nice and clean. We offer convenient payment options as well, making the entire experience swift and stress free.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a Marine Corps veteran, I incorporate the traits of integrity and hard work learned in the military to all I do. Customers can rest easy knowing that Austin Weird Junk Removal will always give 100% when taking care of any job.
