- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I like to talk to the customer first to see what type of event they are holding and when it takes place. Also I want to know what they are looking for in a booth (i.e. an open booth, customizable, or enclosed booth). After discussing the event and what we have to offer I like to send over an invoice and refer them to our website to make sure we are a good match for what you are looking for in a Photo Booth. I like to follow up within 48 hours to see if you want to move forward or see what questions you may have regarding our services.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I primarily got started because I love weddings, birthday parties, graduations, and any type of event and help plan those. I was planning my son's 1st birthday party and at the last minute my father in law brought over his photo booth. We setup a memory book so our family and friends could write a special note to him that he can read when he gets older. I started because I want to be able to bring what I love about photo booths directly to you. They are fun for almost any event!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Primarily brides, birthday parties, corporate events, and church events. I'm happy to work with everyone and find a package that works for you!
