- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different if I was doing carpet tile linoleum laminate and the size of the job so it's hard to give a price but usually I do have a minimum charge of $100 unless it's a very simple fix sometimes if working in your house I give an extra bonus if I was to see something wrong in another room like a restretch on a Carpet if I'm already in your house I usually would fix that with no charge if I'm there already always trying to do better then the last guy
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First looking at your job and giving you a professional advice about what you would want and would work for you every job is different so I can try and guide you with the right type of material and padding Carpet materials Exedra
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am now 31 years old I have been working with floors since I was 5 my dad on his own store and company so I've been doing this my whole entire life nothing else I'm pretty good at what I do from what I been told I also go to seminars to find out about New types of material that manufacturers are making keeping up to date with new stuff
