Food was very good and plentiful. The catering staff were great! It was wonderful to have things so cleaned up at the end of the party! I will use them again.

I hired Buffalos Best to cater a simple breakfast meeting for 25 people. I was tired of the same old Panera and wanted something different. I submitted a request via Thumbtack and Buffalos Best promptly responded. Kim was wonderful, she offered some ideas and I received a quote the same day. The food was delivered and set up at exactly the requested time. Everyone at the meeting RAVED about the food, the breakfast burritos hit the spot! Buffalo's Best Catering provided the delicious food for our Christmas Eve Open House Party. We've utilized the same catering company these past few years for our annual Christmas Even open house. This is the first year we decided to use Buffalo's Best Catering and we are glad we did! We found out about Buffalo's Best through Thumbtack. Kim's response time was quick! I was so happy to find a catering company for Christmas Eve on a Sunday. Most companies were closed. We ordered for 20 people and thought there was more than enough to feed 30+! We will be using them again. Mike delivered the food and helped me set up. The dishes came with labels, so guests know exactly what is being served. Great job!

Kim pays close attention to detail and she is very responsive up to and after the event with reminder calls and follow up to ensure everything went smoothly. Buffalo’s Best Catering did a great job catering our corporate event for 90 guests. The event was on a Friday morning and I contacted Kim on Wednesday afternoon and it was no problem for them to have the order ready for us. Since the event was early, I decided to go with the Ultimate Breakfast option that comes with orange juice and coffee. I ordered the French toast sandwiches and breakfast burritos and both were a huge hit among the attendees. Since it was a Friday and some people do not eat meat on Fridays during Lent, I ordered half of both entrees without meat and it was no problem for them to accommodate my request. I worked with Kim and she was very prompt in her responses and super helpful. Everything went off without a hitch!

We have some standard packages that range from $10.00 per person to $20.00 per person and we customize menus to fit our clients needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try and make our process as simple and easy as possible. Clients will typically contact us. We will then identify their catering needs and either work off our set menu or customize a menu that will fit their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education and knowledge comes from the I5 years of experience in the catering and restaurant industry . I own and operate both a restaurant and catering company. I have done many different types of events from drop-off catering, office luncheon, funeral brunches, wedding,On-Site BBQ's, corporate catering to full service black-tie events.
