We use Appfolio management software. This allows tenants to view their ledgers and leases, to pay their rent online and submit work orders for repairs. Owners have their own portal to view invoices and reports. Reports are done once a month and checks with any proceeds are paid online with ACH direct deposit after the monthly reports are finished. Reports are provided between the 10th and 15th of the month. There is no additional fee to have the Real Estate taxes, insurance, water bills, etc. paid by us. We go above and beyond to make sure our tenants are happy and comfortable. I personally make sure every tenant experience is special and unique! Happy tenants mean less turnover and more money in your pocket!
