Keith replaced my leaking pressure relief valve, my stripped drain valve and my leaking expansion tank on my hot water tank. He was very clear about responding to my requests and questions. I'm no expert, but I'm very happy with the apparent quality of the repair. I plan to hire him again for future repairs.
