Introduction: I am a Master addiction counselor with over 20 years working in the field of substance use disorders and mental health. I have worked with all aspects of counseling including education, prevention, detoxification, corrections, treatment and have worked with the individuals and groups.
I have been in private practice for the past 11 years which has allowed to focus on providing counseling, life coaching, and mentoring as well as pursuing a new focus on medication-assisted counseling.

Melissa is organizer of National Recovery Month events held annually promoting Recovery and resources available for substance use disorders and mental health disorders.
