Introduction: I am a Master addiction counselor with over 20 years working in the field of substance use disorders and mental health. I have worked with all aspects of counseling including education, prevention, detoxification, corrections, treatment and have worked with the individuals and groups.
I have been in private practice for the past 11 years which has allowed to focus on providing counseling, life coaching, and mentoring as well as pursuing a new focus on medication-assisted counseling.

Melissa is Founder of Women of Strength, a non-Profit educational organization that provides women the opportunity to community freely with one another. Melissa is mother, daughter, business owner, community activist, and music enthusiast. Melissa is organizer of National Recovery Month events held annually promoting Recovery and resources available for substance use disorders and mental health disorders. Melissa is a Welnness Advocate of Doterra essential oils. Melissa is a Photogapher and member of Burlington Artists Gallery displaying her works.
