- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. Depends on the individual assignment and the purpose.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am generally contacted by phone and set up a time where I may come out and do my visual inspection. At that time answer any questions they may have regarding the process. Also at this time discuss with them my fee and payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Must be an apprentice for a minimum of two years and perform appraisals as such. After completing the apprenticeship take and pass the state test. Every two years must perform 28 hours of continuing education.
