Introduction: I am an ACE certified personal trainer and nutrition counselor. I enjoy helping others achieve their fitness goals by providing a safe, efficient and fun workout program that fits their needs and requirements. I like helping people realize their inner strength and potential and giving them the confidence necessary to achieve their personal goals. For all customers, - individual or couples: $50 x session. - 8 sessions individual or couples: $320 ($40 e/s) Full Month: 4 sessions a week: $500 - Group session (3-5 participants): $100 x session. Each session includes warm up, stretch, workout routine, cool-off and Yoga stretch. I travel to your home or fitness center that you are a member of - although I strongly encourage my clients to enjoy the outdoors to work out! I enjoy watching clients feel proud of their achievements and the satisfaction of having a better and healthier lifestyle.

I'm so happy with the results I had working with JP. Before starting my program I wasn't too motivated. But he made the experience both fun and dynamic. Now I understand the importance of staying healthy and working out as part of it.

I personally had the chance to train with Suspendex and it was great. It was an all inclusive experience; the nutrition program and the exercise routines helped me get in good shape. Im not into body building, I just like to be fit, meaning healthy and looking good, and for me this did the job. Thanks.
