- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge hourly for consultations and different services; I charge a lump sum for workshops and trainings, depending on the number of participants.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I give them a free consultation on the phone or in person; if they decide to move forward working with me, I draw up a proposal of work to be done based on the conversation; once client approves the conditions of the proposal and any revisions, I draw up a contract we both sign before work begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have more than 25 years of experience in the communication, education, and business fields, both in the US and overseas. I hold a bachelor's degree in Communication and a master's degree in Education--Diverse Learner. I have taken many workshops and seminars over the years to stay current in my field, regardless of industry or task needed to accomplish for a diverse clientele.
