- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we usually price by the job or by the hour, in the case of a large job we write up a payment plan for the individual job and work with the customer to get the job done the way they want it for the right price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we come and look at the job needing to be done and work with the design or vision the customer wants, from here we make it come to life in the customers eyes.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One recent project was a huge patio with a tree built into it. This was a fun project, that took about 5 days for 3 of us to complete... Also the catio we built last month was an interesting build, something we never heard of before came to life! It turned out great!!
