Yoga is just the best stretching and focus of body exercise. Been with you since beginning. Still attending. I recommend highly. Added personal training for myself then added hubby. We are seniors who now feel like we're back in our 40's body moves better now. Helps with circulation, arithis, neuropathy, back flexability. Determined to stay focus.

Lauren is a wonderful trainer!! You never feel embarrassed about what level of fitness you're at, and she really cares about the success of her clients. This is the longest I've ever stuck with a fitness regime and it's all thanks to Lauren.
