- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We base our pricing on the size of the property, number of cleanings requested and type of cleaning required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our initial contact with a customer is always to talk with them to find out about their exact needs and expectations. We then divulge what are company credentials are and how we can meet and even exceed their expectations. The great thing many customers love about our services is that the person who services your property is also your direct contact regarding feedback, and or changes you would like to improve on or enhance about your service. We never change up the employees that service your account, so that you can build a comfortable relationship with the technician serving your account.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Working in the medical field allowed me to notice what was a priority in keeping a business clean and sanitized. Too many companies don't take the time to thoroughly clean ideal areas that can eliminate the spread of germs and bacteria. And our company strongly believes in that! I have also taken those same standards to making sure a home has the same clean feel.
