FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
More or less. We try to work with every reasonable budget. If you want a website for $200.00 we may suggest getting a bell, a metro pass and yelling at people on the train. I think that's called word of mouth marketing. But as things go a site will be $800-$1000. The more complex the more the price grows. We don't hide anything. We won't bait and switch you. you'll be happy with our products.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet with them. Face to face can tell us a lot about what a client is thinking and what he/she may want. We also like to see their working space if there is one. Digital assets should be an extension of a physical or mental space the client is attempting to occupy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My undergrad is in Journalism with a focus in PR/Advertising I also majored in Political Science. I worked at an NYC Ad agency for a few years and climbed to ranks to Sr. Project Manager.
