- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are reasonable and affordable and around the holidays I do offer discounts I am willing to work on Sundays if it is an emergency cleaning I do give out estimate quote but your prices are not confirmed until arrival
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy working with new customers making them a part of my team and getting them to know the work that I do
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years of training working at a motel and I educated on different chemicals that I use to get the job done
