- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. $70 an hour plus materials. If there are issues that come up I discuss with customer the difference in price and decide what to do from there. If traveling further than 50 miles one way, I include fuel in with price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Greet the customer. Find out what the problem or project is. Analyze the situation and ask the customer what they would like to do or how they want the project to move forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
