- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is flexible depending on the details of the job request. Once we discuss the details and length of the project I am able to give better pricing quotes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am very responsive to messages and my initial consultation is always free. I will ask new clientsfor the specific details of the job request to ensure that I understand all the client's needs and share my ideas for being able to accomplish the tasks. We will also discuss the length of the assignment and expectations. After the assignment is completed I will follow up with the client to ensure all expectations were achieved.
