What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard hourly rate is $65.00/hr. We also provide flat rates for various projects, depending on the scope of work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to make the process as streamlined and convenient for our clients as we possibly can! We walk through a questionnaire with our clients to give us a well-developed picture of their goals. After an estimate is accepted, we provide a work order outlining the entire process which allows our clients and our team to always be on the same page. We also recognize that this is a fluid process and we provide an open line of communication so our clients are comfortable throughout the entire process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our lead designers have over 25 years of combined experience with graphic design and website development. Heather Lipe holds her Bachelors in Graphic Design and Business from Central Michigan University. Erin Welker holds her Master’s in Business Administration from Cornerstone University.
