- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, our rates depend on the clients real estate portfolio and what it consists of. A house is different than a apartment building, shopping center, office, industrial etc
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on where the client is located we would setup a meeting to talk about their property or portfolio and what short term and long term goals are with their investment(s). I explain what my company does, my background and experience, and any other questions or concerns the client may have. Whether this is the first time hiring a property manager or we are replacing an existing company, we are extremely pro-active and do everything to ensure you piece of mind and free up your time.
