I have performed in many styles of music: classical, religious, soul, 60s girl group, indie rock, modern/alternative and more. I have experience with wedding ceremonies/ cocktail hours, band entertainment, solo and duo acoustic work in any setting and can provide all of those services. I have toured nationally with my own original music and have been classically trained for years. I had the pleasure of meeting Jessica during college and watching her perform countless times over the course of those years. Even then, in the early 2000's, she had one of the best voices I had ever heard and such a natural and captivating stage presence. I've closely followed her career since then, and she just keeps getting better and better!
That's why, when I started planning my wedding in 2014, I knew right away that I wanted Jessica involved. Aside from her own work, which is awesome and would require a review on its own, every cover I've ever heard her perform has been so gorgeously done. She manages to maintain everything you love about the original while adding her own subtle artistic touch, singing the songs in a way that makes you fall in love with them all over again or begin to love them even if you didn't know or pay much attention to the original. I knew she would be able to work her magic when my husband and I chose 'The Book of Love' by the Magnetic Fields as our first dance. She met and exceeded my expectations by far!
Dealing with Jessica professionally was a piece of cake. She listened, asked questions, and was able to really understand and communicate what I wanted. She stayed in touch beforehand and arrived well ahead of time on the day of. She was an extremely calming presence amidst the inevitable wedding chaos that occurs, and although my husband and I were both dreading the awkwardness of slow-dancing in front of almost 300 people, she made it the best part of the night. She took 'The Book of Love' to another level for us and, at the risk of sounding corny/cliche, we really felt like there was no one else in the room. Jess was great and did everything that was asked. Always on time and exceeded all expectations . Her voice and performance make us wish we needed her to perform again .

Jess was absolutley amazing! She sang our first song at wedding and played throughout our dinner dance. Very tasteful , professional , dress was fun and everyone wished she played longer! She was the talk of our family & guests weeks after. The only thing I would change - if she played the entire night !! Beautiful voice.
