- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have the initial consultation to understanding the services needed and to give an accurate estimate. Once our estimate is accepted by the client, we establish a scope of work and production schedule. During construction, the project manager is always present to insure the work is completed per the project scope. Upon project completion, the client walks the job to verify their approval.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years of engineering and construction work experience. We certified and have Master Craftsmen Certification in all products we install.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
This organization has been doing construction since 1973.
