Amanda Vallet, Piano

Introduction: As a professional pianist and accompanist, I provide musical services for your wedding ceremony, recital, or solo competition. I have experience providing wedding ceremony music in both traditional and non-traditional settings, and will work with closely with you to make sure the music for your day is perfect. During the school year, I am employed by two school districts and accompany choral rehearsals and concerts, performing advanced literature. I also accompany student musicians on solo repertoire performed at NYSSMA and other competitions. I am capable of performing Level VI instrumental repertoire, and as a certified music teacher am also able to effectively coach the students with whom I collaborate. Using my musical skills to provide a necessary service gives me great fulfillment! My favorite gigs are the definitely the ones where I work closely with students and am able to see them grow through working on their piece. I am proud to know that I have collaborated with them in a successful performance.
