Introduction: I have an eclectic background that allows me to understand multiple situations and assess and help the client in a more holistic fashion. Previously a corporate marketing consultant, I began working with my own life coach and realized I love coaching! I began to make a transition from the corporate world to coaching by enrolling at the Institute for Life Coach Training. In May of 2015, I left my corporate job to embark on a traveling journey that led me to India where I received my 200 hr yoga teacher certification. I combine a mix of consulting, coaching, yoga and mindset work to deliver a specialized service to my clients. I love to see my clients have their "aha" moment when something that they discovered about themselves clicks and aligns the rest of their life. My favorite part of working with clients is to uncover their values and match their values to their life and/or business goals. In addition, I love teaching clients about the benefits of yoga, meditation and mindset work.
