What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I accept cash, credit and debit cards, no checks. I will give a 3% discount for cash. For full day employment no more than 7-8 hours you can get daily rates, that's another 5% off
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to communicate with my customers. I want to know what work they want done and allow both sides to ask questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There is no where to go to school to learn all the things I can do. I have been fortunate to work with people who were always willing to show me how to do things.
