Introduction: I have been in the cabinet industry for 14 years, most if it spent focusing on the sales, construction and installation of custom cabinets and millwork with Reinhart Furniture. Cousin's Kitchen & Bath is currently offering four lines on manufactured cabinets. This helps us hit many different budget levels for our clients needs. We offer a showroom in the Canton area for our clients to see the product lines before making their final decisions along with 2020 design drawings and the installation of all the cabinets that we offer. Coming from the custom cabinet world allows us to give you a quality installation of your new cabinets. Most of the work we do is based on referrals, so for me the installation of the cabinets is the most rewarding. Getting to see the transformation from old to new and being able to see the customers reaction is definitely the most rewarding.

Cousin's Kitchen and Bath did an amazing job on our kitchen. They provided excellent design advice, the quality of the cabinetry is superb and the install was impeccable - all at a very reasonable price. A class act and a pleasure to deal with.

100% satisfied. Nice to find a contractor who actually does what he promised. We've used 14 different contractors (on various things) since we bought the house and Paul is the only one I can honestly recommend. Paul's attention to detail- especially the little things- make a world of difference. Craftsmanship is not a lost art with Paul. Everyone who has seen our new kitchen loves it.

We had to host almost 15 family members from out of town. We attempted early to slowly work on a kitchen renovation and various circumstances, led us to be face- to- face with our deadline and NO functioning kitchen. We tried calling various places and people and could not get anyone to take on the job so close to a holiday; until we found Cousin’s Custom Kitchens. Paul not only took on the project, but agreed to make sacrifices to have it complete prior to our family arriving. He worked hard at getting our cabinets installed, staying late to meet our deadline and never complained. Paul always had a smile and warm demeanor. Even took the time to greet our children and ask them about their day. Most people take a job, but to find someone who is genuine about caring for their quality of work while caring for their customers is priceless. Paul was very detailed and his wood work was pristine. He was meticulous about the molding and truly made it customized. We have no doubt that we had the best man for the job and we have kitchen cabinets to prove it. Cousin’s Custom kitchens truly exceeded expectation. Thank you again Paul; you are the best.

This company took my small project and treated it as though it were a large one. Paul came out to look at what I needed done and told me "no problem." He wrote up a quote, which I accepted. The price was very reasonable! He came out and finished the job in about three hours. I was very pleased with the work. They took the time to make sure everything was done right the first time. Which it was. I would definitely hire Cousin's Kitchen and Bath again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With each application being unique, I like to price each job after visiting the project and getting actual measurements of the space. I do use a per foot price in order to offer a quick ballpark estimate but our 2020 Design software allows us to draw the kitchen while producing and estimate at the same time. This produces an accurate price for the cabinetry that I like to use in our estimates.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial meeting can be either at your home or our showroom, where we can talk about layout, design and colors. I do attempt to bring door and color samples out to the home if the customer would rather meet there. Once we have enough information, we put together an estimate that is emailed to the customer. If they would like to move forward with us, we get a deposit in order to start the drawing process. Once we get an approval on the 2020 Design drawings, the cabinets are ordered and then installed once they arrive.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the cabinet trade since 2004 when I started building custom cabinets for Reinhart Furniture in Acworth. I later moved into the installation of these cabinets and the custom millwork that we provided. After several years of installing I moved into the project management end of the business. Now my focus as owner of Cousin's Kitchen & Bath is growing this business along with assisting on the installations.
