- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is important to learn all of the details. It's not only about date, location, or guest count. A good cake designer wants to know color scheme, your design ideas, likes and dislikes and anything you may be passionate about that you want to tie into your design.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Wilton Method cake instructor. I stay abreast of all bridal trends happening currently to stay relevant to the industry. I also complete online training to keep my skills on trend.
