He tried several times to help me over the phone without charging, but eventually my pesky AC issue needed a part replaced. They came out the next morning, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. I definitely recommend!

I initially called because my AC wasn't cooling down my home. A 20 year old AC btw. They came out and checked everything and told me ways to keep my AC going a little bit longer which was awesome. We decided to go with a new unit after getting quoted for new.(We could not repair the old.) The install process lasted about 4 hours which was quicker than I thought. Everything was running great before they left. We also got a 10 year warranty in the AC which is awesome. Will definitely recommend to others.. and call out for additional work that may be needed. Wilson and his brother are the perfect team.

I had a major flooding problem when I contacted Wilson Air. The plumber I had contacted said it was an air conditioning problem. Wilson came out after hours to help us. They checked everything out and determined it was indeed a plumbing problem. After checking out all 3 units they still only charged $39 for the evaluation. There was no price gouging, no extra services or products that weren’t needed. I highly recommend this company for their honesty and wanting to genuinely service their customer. They will keep my business in the future. Have no fear in calling them. A+

William was so professional and punctual, but Thumbtack only allows users to pick three of the five traits. Otherwise, I would've chosen all five. What meant the most was initially the responsiveness, then the work quality, and lastly the value. When I jumped on Thumbtack initially it was during the first critical phase of the COVID-19 outbreak. I had a gas leak and ATL Gas had turned off my gas - no furnace during 38* night, no HWH, no cooking on the stove. Only one company responded, and they responded immediately. It was Wilson's Air Quality Solutions. My issue with the gas leak wasn't necessarily Wilson's scope, but William Wilson helped us in a serious time of need. He worked with me as I met the rigorous demands of the gas company. William came out before, for diagnosis, and after AGL turned our gas back on to disassemble, re-tape & assemble 8, or more, 90* elbows. The great thing about William is that he cares about people. He fixed the gas issue and even left me some solution to verify his work afterwards. I look forward to have William out again this summer to "spruce up" my HVAC system just to support this small business owner. I wish this review could truly express how much we appreciated the level of care William gave to my family. Thank you, so much! I've attached the before photo of the gas lines.
