FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive and flexible as it depends on actual client's needs. The quoted price is an estimate, but many times, it is pretty accurate based on my experience. Sometimes there is a $50 travel or $50 studio light set up fee in addition to the quoted price if that element wasn't apparent when quoting.. Please, take a look at my web site, Facebook, Instagram and see the level of photography that I offer and then let's talk about what service and options you want in more detail..
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is very important to have a clear communication and expectations form each other. All aspects of a session requirements need to be talked about and disclosed before booking the session.. Once the photo shoot is confirmed by both parties, additional communication may be needed so the customer has a chance to express their wishes or ideas as well as photographer may be able to give some tips for the shoot, styling, location, etc..
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I don't have a formal photography education, but I thought myself by studying the works of various masters of photography, by reading photography educational articles, watching YouTube videos, by photographing and analyzing thousands and thousands of photographs. I have won some awards, have been featured in various international photography sharing sites..
