FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every situation is different but if you have a question about this I'm always open to responding.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For Buyers: I will sit down with them and address any and all questions or concerns they have about the buying process. Next we go through all of the steps and paperwork contained in the offer process. I will also educate my buyers on the different tactics associated with putting an offer in and/or putting an offer in when its a multiple offer situation. For My Sellers: I will fully interview for the position as your Pricing expert & Chief Negotiator. The marketing plan I have assembled is second to none and is 3 to 4 years advanced to what any other Realtor is doing currently. I am a more aggressive and young agent that has the most dynamic Brokerage around backing me. You don't just get me when you list with me you get the 20 other extremely experienced buyers agents from my brokerage that will also be servicing your listing with buyers. I encourage you to Google Dwellings By Rudy & Hall and look at our reviews.....They speak for themselves. We have made our name on peoples bad experiences with other Real Estate Brokerages.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the presence of Great Realtors my entire life. My Uncle was the operating broker at a very big and well known brokerage. So I spent alot of my youth learning and absorbing as much as I could from him. I worked as a carpenter through my youth as well so the education I learned about the building processes and what to look for in terms of value points and/or blemishes on a property is something less than 3% of Realtors have. I have extensive Listing Background, Training and Consider myself a Listing & Negotiation Expert. But I am also down to earth and ALWAYS make myself available. I work for my clients and go through great lengths to make sure my clients have as little stress placed on them throughout the process as possible.
